The 42 paintings shown reflect a cross-section done by the artist Joachim Kath. Most of them are quite provocative and society-critical, others are ironical and humorous. All contain new ideas and most come in a colorful placative pop-art design. The sizes of the paintings, on canvas or on wood and in oil or crayon, reach from 70 x 80 cm to 140 x 105 cm.
